- Group: Here you can group competitors by a certain criteria, such as size or target market.
- Competitor: List each competitor you want to include in the analysis.
- Description | Highlight: In a short sentence or two, describe the competitor and their key differentiator in the market.
- Assessment: Here you can use a rating system (e.g., High, Medium, Low) to asses each competitor on a specific measure.
- Positioning: You can use a letter or symbol to indicate where each competitor falls on a chart (not included in the template slide, but assumed to be created elsewhere in the presentation).
- Measure: Here you can list the metrics you’re using to compare the competitors. In the example slide, the metrics are Price and Quality.
